Very friendly and helpful staff. Good English, offered great suggestions for dinner ideas. Bathroom very small, but room otherwise clean. Breakfast very limited!!! no selection. 15min walk to main tourist area.

The friendliness of the hotel staff. Also the exchange rate provided at the hotel itself (Euro to HUF) was great.

Many of the staff do not speak any language except Hungarian.

Location , Peaceful area, close to metro, staff was helpful and friendly.

No soap provided. Bed covers and cleaning not done for 4 days in five night stay.The room originally booked for 3 persons were not provided and were given other small room for same price that made us uncomfortable. It was 3star hotel rather than 4 star as mentioned in Booked.net.

Located conveniently near public transportation, the hotel is just a short distance away from the city center. Tram 22, which connects to the most important attractions in town, is within walking distance. the hotel is situated close to a metro station, providing another convenient mode of travel.

The hotel was very chep (75 eur for 3 nights for two) and quite near to the historical centre of Prague (3 tram or metro station only).

The drapery was very transparent, therefore the room was very shiny in the early warning. The bathroom was little only with shower.
